Demonstrating
dedicated territory leadership in marketing dairy feed,
you work closely with existing clients to maximize market
potential and brand loyalty while seeking out new sales
opportunities and achieving elevated benchmarks for growth
within the Northern Ontario dairy market.
Based
in this region, you will be required to travel and will
be provided with a customized vehicle allowance program,
competitive compensation, pension, and benefit programs.
The
successful applicant will have an agriculture diploma or
degree, and/or solid dairy cow management experience and
good feed formulation knowledge. Your people skills must
be exemplary, as you will be required to seek out new business
as well as service existing clientele.Applicants

CONTROLLER
Lethbridge,
Alberta
Reporting
to the Director of Finance, you will provide leadership to
staff and assist our sales and marketing team in the development
and execution of sales strategies through customer and industry
financial and strategic evaluations. Skilled in identifying
risk and assisting the Regional General Manager in developing
business opportunities, you will support the consolidation,
analysis, and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly, and
annual accounting results and ensure the proper preparation
of budgets and forecasts. You will also conduct plant and
customer visits and supervise credit functions while developing
innovative financing alternatives. You have a relevant degree,
CMA or CGA designation, at least five years' related experience,
and ideally an agricultural background. Your demonstrated
analytical, interpersonal, planning, problem-solving, and
organizational skills are complemented by multi-plant experience,
success in a supervisory capacity, and a highly developed
business acumen. You also have advanced computer skills including
mainframe and MS Office applications.
