Production Operator - Edmonton, AB

Shipping and receiving, packaging, and processing of grain and feeds products, documentation of production and completion of HACCP records. 

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Previous feed mill, or agricultural experience is an asset.
• A proven track record of reliability and safe work habits.
• Must be physically capable of lifting 25kg repeatedly.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Able to work at elevated heights as required.
• Steel toed boots are mandatory.

Regular shifts are  Monday to Friday with overtime available. Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts.

Reliable transporation is a must. Public transportation is not available.

Reporting to the Branch Manager this position is responsible for product delivery to customers and inter branch pick up in a safe and efficient manner, plan customer deliveries with account sales reps. Ensure customers are notified of deliveries, routine maintenance on fleet equipment, assist with warehouse tasks as needed.

Masterfeeds is looking for a detail oriented individual willing to do what it takes to get the job done.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work well under deadlines in a high volume environment.  The AR Clerk will report to the Credit Supervisor.

The following duties outline but are not limited to the regular position requirements:

  • Daily Cash Posting of the deposits.
  • Reconcile any differences on the customer accounts.
  • Reconciliation of Accounts.
  • Filing.
  • Processing EFT’s.

Requirements:
