Account Manager (Colony) – Manitoba
You are an accomplished, well connected individual in the swine industry looking for an opportunity to join our team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager of Manitoba, you will be responsible for exceeding annual sales targets with new growth in your territory while continuing to service and maintain brand loyalty with existing customers. To succeed in this role you will have thorough knowledge and understanding of complete feed sales programs.
- Must possess a Diploma or a Degree in Agriculture and have 3+ year industry experience.
- Work with producers to increase sales and growth opportunities.
- Successfully negotiate price for a win/win sale.
- Thrive on the challenges and successes in the industry.
- Develop strong and long term relationships.
- Keep abreast of industry trends.
- Present new and innovated products.
- Must be flexible with travel and scheduling while managing accounts and work independently.
- An automobile, valid license and insurance is required for this position.
