MasterCalf 24-24-16 milk replacer has been designed for Masterfeeds full potential calf feeding programs. This premium milk replacer contains a combination of leading technology to increase calf health status as well as performance, promoting leaner and larger frame replacement heifer calves. This formulation boasts liveweight gain, increased feed efficiency and a more complete development of key physiological systems including hormonal, gastric and immune systems.

mixing DIRECTIONS:

Individual Calf: 

Week 1: While stirring, pour 0.38 kg of milk replacer powder into 1.5 litres of 38 to 45°C water. Mix thoroughly and add 38 to 45°C water to bring to a total volume of 2.5 litres of milk replacer solution.

Week 2 through Week 7: While stirring, pour 0.53 kg of milk replace powder into 2.5 litres of 38 to 45°C water. Mix throughly and add 38 to 45°C water to bring to a total volume of 3.5 litres of milk replacer solution.

Feeding DIRECTIONS:

Individual Calf:

Week 1: Feed 2.5 litres of milk replacer solution twice daily.

Week 2 through Week 6: Feed 3.5 litres of milk replacer solution twice daily. When under heat stress, delay this increase until week three.

Week 7: Feed 3.5 litres of milk replacer solution once per day. Wean only if calf is consuming at least 0.7 kg of calf starter for three consecutive days.

Contains flavouring agents to emulate cow’s milk.
Promotes quicker acceptance of milk replacer.
