Masterfeeds RiteMins Ranch-N-Range Beef Mineral is a 14% calcium, 6% phosphorus, general‐purpose beef mineral that contains salt. It contains standard levels of trace minerals and vitamins that meets or exceeds the full trace mineral and vitamin requirements of most classes of beef cattle when consumed at the recommended rate.

Feeding Directions

Target Intake: 85–100 grams/head/day Provide Masterfeeds RiteMins Beef Ranch-N-Range Mineral free choice, or as part of a nutritionally balanced feeding program, to achieve an average intake of 15 grams per 100 kg body weight per day (e.g. 75 grams per head per day for a 500 kg cow). Provide salt free choice at all times. Vary the location of the mineral feeder in relation to water and free choice salt to achieve the desired intake.

Who Uses: Masterfeeds RiteMins Ranch-N-Range Beef Mineral is primarily intended to be offered free choice to non‐lactating beef cows, backgrounding calves, grazing yearlings, or bulls outside of the breeding period, when minimal supplementation of phosphorus is required. If more phosphorus is required, and/or higher trace mineral and vitamin levels are desirable, consider using Masterfeeds RiteMins Breeder Beef Mineral (802104) or Masterfeeds Calving Beef Mineral (802103).

14% calcium, 6% phosphorus. Sufficient to meet the average maintenance requirements of adult cattle, as well as those of cattle growing at moderate rates with some grain feeding including cereal forages, or on pasture.

Contains 35% salt. Improves palatability and helps enhance and regulate intake. Will meet sodium requirement when consumed at recommended levels.

Selenium added at 30 mg/kg. Prevents white muscle disease. Increases resistance to disease. Maximum level of selenium permitted in a free choice mineral.

Added trace minerals to balance with western Canadian forages. Increases performance and resistance to disease.

Added fat soluble vitamins – A, D and E. Enhances performance and resistance to disease.
